Malacha z ostravsk\u00e9 univerzity je c\u00edlem andragogick\u00e9 diagnostiky stanoven\u00ed eduka\u010dn\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy, tj. ur\u010den\u00ed<br \/>&#8211; M\u00edry rozvoje vzd\u011bl\u00e1van\u00e9ho jedince ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s c\u00edlem, s jeho mo\u017enostmi eventu\u00e1ln\u011b i s v\u00fdsledky \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f,<br \/>&#8211; Obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a deficit\u016f v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s optim\u00e1ln\u00edm rozvojem,<br \/>&#8211; P\u0159\u00ed\u010din dosa\u017een\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu a jeho dal\u0161\u00edch mo\u017en\u00fdch d\u016fsledk\u016f.1 (Malach, 2019)<br \/><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">P\u0159i realizac\u00edch profesn\u00edho rozvoje zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je diagnostika st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pr\u00e1ce s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky. Pokud m\u00e1 vzd\u011blavatel, pota\u017emo zadavatel z\u00e1jem na pos\u00edlen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed absolvent\u016f firemn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, pak se pr\u00e1ce s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi pozn\u00e1vac\u00edmi, kontroln\u00edmi, \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edmi, verifika\u010dn\u00edmi, motiva\u010dn\u00edmi, v\u00fdchovn\u00fdmi, selektivn\u00edmi, informa\u010dn\u00edmi, profylaktick\u00fdmi a depist\u00e1\u017en\u00edmi funkcemi, jak popisuje doc. Malach v materi\u00e1lu Diagnostika ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edtan\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem p\u0159i profesn\u00edm rozvoji zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/span><\/p><p>Jak pracuje s diagnostick\u00fdm \u0161et\u0159en\u00edm andragogick\u00e1 instituce KONFUCIUS\u00ae<\/p><p>Andragogick\u00e1 instituce KONFUCIUS\u00ae byla zalo\u017eena v roce 2006 a soust\u0159ed\u00ed se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na profesn\u00ed rozvoj managementu, obchodn\u00edk\u016f, mistr\u016f ve v\u00fdrob\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 d\u011bln\u00edk\u016f, ostatn\u00edch THP a zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v administrativ\u011b.<br \/>V pr\u016fb\u011bhu let jsme p\u0159irozenou cestou do\u0161li k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee je velk\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem zn\u00e1t ur\u010dit\u00e9 formativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed budouc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. Nejprve jsme sm\u011br vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho procesu pouze diskutovali se zadavatelem, nap\u0159. HR mana\u017eerkou ve smyslu neform\u00e1ln\u00edch diskus\u00ed ohledn\u011b vybran\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. To trv\u00e1 dodnes, v\u017edy se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se zadavatelem a diskutujeme aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed stav a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zad\u00e1v\u00e1me si vz\u00e1jemn\u011b kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 i dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed c\u00edle. P\u0159edstavu zadavatele bereme velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u011b a v\u0161e podrobn\u011b ukl\u00e1d\u00e1me do projektu v na\u0161em CRM, kter\u00e9 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b respektuje z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 pokyny pr\u00e1ce s GDPR.<br \/>Sou\u010dasn\u011b v r\u00e1mci preinterakce v\u017edy sestavujeme diagnostickou baterii, kterou si v pr\u016fb\u011bhu profesn\u00edho rozvoje (6-18 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f), jednou za m\u011bs\u00edc, postupn\u011b, v\u017edy aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostiku odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00e9matu, p\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm firemn\u00edm tr\u00e9ninkem \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk vypln\u00ed a v\u00fdstupy na tr\u00e9ninku, po odsouhlasen\u00ed, diskutujeme s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky uzav\u0159en\u00e9 skupiny.<br \/>P\u0159es prvotn\u00ed ostych b\u00fdvaj\u00ed psychodiagnostick\u00e1 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky profesn\u00edho rozvoje p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm zpest\u0159en\u00edm cel\u00e9ho projektu profesn\u00edho rozvoje a tak\u00e9 profesn\u00edm i osobn\u00edm zrcadlem. V\u00fdsledky hodnocen\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem diskus\u00ed i spor\u016f mezi nejen mezi lektory a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, ale tak\u00e9 mezi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky navz\u00e1jem, a to ve vztahu k parametr\u016fm hodnocen\u00ed jako jsou jeho objektivita a spravedlnost. Je proto \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed, aby lekto\u0159i byli hluboce vzd\u011bl\u00e1ni tak\u00e9 v t\u00e9to oblasti a z\u00edskali a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b prohlubovali sv\u00e9 diagnostick\u00e9 kompetence.2 (Malach, 2019)<br \/>V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e1 citace doc.
